Create a fraudulent ethical platform (Code of Ethics and Standards) with intent to beguile public and/or investors, manipulate platform –regardless of outcome harm – as marketing instrument to achieve goals.

The term malicious ethical deception (also called lawless ethics or contrived de-ethicism) refers specifically to the above, and generally to intentional misuse of ethics policies in marketing deception.

HGTV is guilty of malicious ethical deception. HGTV and Sherwin Williams are in a joint venture to market HGTV Home (paint) Sherwin Williams. Sherwin Williams has a long and routine policy of stealing products and criminal misuse of the law. The fact remains, whether HGTV failed in their due diligence of Sherwin Williams or HGTV intentionally ignored Sherwin Williams’ criminal activities (see www. Sherwin Williams Thief .com) , HGTV is fully aware of Sherwin Williams’ criminal track record, but to date, chooses to disregard ethical standards and to betray the trust of HGTV shareholders, sponsors, and viewers. And, needless to say, Sherwin Williams officers, including CEO Chris Connor and Head Board of Director Richard Smucker, continue to perpetuate and pursue malicious ethical deception.

Also engaging in willful malicious ethical deception or lawless ethics are the law firms Jones Day www. Jones Day Corrupt .com, Stroz Friedberg www. Stroz Friedberg Fruudmen .com, and Pillsbury. Jones Day, Managing Partner Steve Brogan, represents Sherwin Williams. (To follow the money and corruption, just follow the law firms.) Stroz Fiedberg hires John Reed Stark, a former SEC attorney who quashed separate SEC investigations of Sherwin Williams and Jones Day. True to the axiom named after them, the Stroz Stupid and the Friedberg Flam Axiom, Stroz Friedberg pursues malicious ethical deception. Pillsbury represents ASAE (American Society of Association Executives) who awarded the CAE (Certified Association Executive) designation to Richard Greene, CEO of PDCA (Painting and Decorating Contractors of America) whose modus operandi includes law tampering, slander, and threat. ASAE attorney Jefferson Glassie covers up Richard Greene’s blatant violations of ASAE Code of Ethics, and Pillsbury attorney Jerald Jacobs covers up ASAE’s cover up of Richard Greene. Malicious ethical deception is just common business practice.

HGTV…does one expect a higher ethical standard from HGTV than malicious ethical deception? Seemingly not. Sherwin Williams never denies they steal products. Jones Day never denies they influence John Reed Stark to stop and lie about SEC investigations. Stroz Friedberg never denies they deceive their major investors, New Mountain Capital and Greenhill Partners II. And HGTV never denies they sanction and engage in malicious ethical deception in conjunction with Sherwin Williams. All are ethical failures and ethical cowards; all cower before honesty and truth.
